The question "Where do you want to go?" always has an answer, even if the answer is "I want to say right here." As a company built around product development growth and progress I hope that our customers never respond with the statement "I want to stay right here."
The truth is that I've never spoken with one of our customers that didn't have strategic plans for growth and/or profitability, improvement initiatives and some defined form of business processes. All of these are essentially places to go. Each time there is plan to go somewhere you need a plan to get there. Just like when you're standing at a kiosk in the mall, you can't know how to get where you want to go unless you know where you are. Now for the entire point of this rambling - We provide Product Development System Assessments and Functional Group Assessments that help define the current state of your organization, and then help map out a path to where you want it to be. If your company is going somewhere, I encourage you to give us a call. I strongly believe we can help you understand where you are, where you want to be, and ultimately, how to get there. |

The Product Development System Blog: "Founding Fathers" by: Bill Farmer

The human will is an amazingly powerful tool. When applied to control others the common result is a war of wills, and we often find that the ends are suboptimal, skewed by the confrontational means. But when our will power is turned on ourselves in acts of commitment and determination, it is astounding what can be achieved.
