Training and Development Manager

The Training and Development Manager (TDM) will create, develop, implement, and track training programs for employees at EAC. As a TDM you will assess developmental needs to drive training initiatives, arrange suitable training solutions for individual departments along with the Company as a whole, and analyze the most effective methods to educate and enhance performance.  There are currently no staff management responsibilities.
