Is it better to have Product Development System Assessments on-site or remote?
Both are advantageous. EAC prefers to be on-site (if safe) for a more personable experience and deeper discussions. The ability to experience a facility tour (with permission) also allows for better insight into your organization’s processes and operations.
Conducting assessments remotely has a strong impact too. Using a web-based format provides flexible scheduling and allows us to meet your teams’ specified needs or locations.
What areas can the assessment cover at our business?
