Doesn’t my PTC maintenance agreement include similar Windchill services?

No. Your PTC maintenance agreement covers Windchill updates to software you have purchased and technical support for problems that require resolution. It does not include the services necessary to update, upgrade, and maintain your Windchill system.

What are some benefits of using the EAC Alliance Program?

One of the core benefits the EAC Alliance Program provides is the ability to ensure high availability and performance from taking a proactive approach to maintaining your Windchill system. Complete regular system maintenance and software updates to better leverage your PTC investment. You can eliminate the need to hire a staff of Windchill Administration experts with our EAC expert consultants. We have years of experience and complete these activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for Alliance Program customers.

Why do I need regular maintenance on my PTC Windchill system?

Critical systems like Windchill PLM must be available to users. Regular maintenance prevents system outages that can be costly. We recommend completing regular, preventative maintenance to identify and resolve issues before they cause performance problems or service interruptions.

Is EAC able to support my Windchill system globally?

Yes. We are part of the PTC Strategic Partner network giving us access to many additional resources overseas. We call on these partners to help with implementation, training, and support services local to international facilities.

Can EAC provide 24/7 Windchill Support?

Yes. EAC customers have access to our support case submission system. Windchill users can then log cases at any time. Any emergency Windchill support (as noted by the priority level assigned to a case) will notify our team immediately. International support is available as specified in your Alliance Program agreement. If an issue overseas occurs, EAC will coordinate with a local PTC partner to resolve the problem asap.
