POSITION OVERVIEW
The Technical Support Specialist will join a dynamic Windchill PLM support team known for its extensive experience and enthusiasm. Emphasizing collaboration, communication, and customer-centricity, you’ll take on a diverse range of responsibilities, working closely with both our clients and the broader PTC product development team. As the primary point of contact for customer issues, you’ll swiftly address software concerns, employing thorough root cause analysis and resolution techniques to ensure customer satisfaction.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Solution Architect’s role is to strategically design and deploy business solutions of the Product Lifestyle Management that support customer needs and achieve customer goals. The Solution Architect understands business challenges, translates them into requirements, defines an approach, and leads the project team to successfully implement the solution. Someone in this role works with business and technology teams to ensure alignment and success for customers, and also provides pre-sales and business development support. The Solution Architect provides technical leadership and guidance to customers as a subject matter expert and provides internal leadership to project and cross-functional teams within EAC.
This position is CONTRACT DEPENDENT and we are currently gathering interested Candidates only.

Position Overview
The Managed Services Consultant will be responsible for maintaining and supporting CAD Data management tools for a variety of companies in a consultative role. Tools include PTC’s Pro/Intralink, Windchill PDMLink and Windchill ProjectLink. The Consultant will be expected to assist customers in their regular monthly maintenance activities, Windchill patches and troubleshooting issues.
Please note this position will require some normal business hours on occasion, but the majority of hours will be in the evenings, overnights, and weekends with a on-call status.
