POSITION OVERVIEW – This position is remote and applicant must be currently residing in the USA. The position has a specific focus on oversight to software Service Delivery and Implementation.
The Vice President of Customer Success is a key member of the PTC Business Unit executive leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing strategies that drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role focuses on the Client Services departments and provides strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure consistent, world-class client experiences. POSITION OVERVIEW
The Solution Architect is responsible for strategically designing and deploying Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions that align with customer needs and drive business outcomes. This role involves understanding complex business challenges, translating them into actionable requirements, defining solution strategies, and leading project teams to successful implementation.
Working closely with both business and technical stakeholders, the Solution Architect ensures that solutions are aligned with customer goals and organizational capabilities. In addition to implementation leadership, the Solution Architect supports pre-sales efforts and business development initiatives.
As a subject matter expert, the Solution Architect provides technical guidance to customers and serves as a leader within EAC, offering direction and support to project teams and cross-functional groups.
This position is a remote position, the candidate must meet specific compliance standards for our contracts.

Position Overview
EAC is seeking a Managed Services Consultant to join our growing team of technical experts supporting our customers’ PTC Windchill environments. In this role, you’ll deliver proactive system monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability across multiple customer environments.
Working remotely, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor—resolving technical issues, managing upgrades and patches, and driving continuous improvement in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs).
