The Vice President of Sales is responsible for scaling the business, optimizing sales operations, and delivering strong financial performance. POSITION OVERVIEW

The Solution Architect is responsible for strategically designing and deploying Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions that align with customer needs and drive business outcomes. This role involves understanding complex business challenges, translating them into actionable requirements, defining solution strategies, and leading project teams to successful implementation.

Working closely with both business and technical stakeholders, the Solution Architect ensures that solutions are aligned with customer goals and organizational capabilities. In addition to implementation leadership, the Solution Architect supports pre-sales efforts and business development initiatives.

As a subject matter expert, the Solution Architect provides technical guidance to customers and serves as a leader within EAC, offering direction and support to project teams and cross-functional groups.

In this role, you’ll deliver proactive system monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability across multiple customer environments.

Working remotely, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor—resolving technical issues, managing upgrades and patches, and driving continuous improvement in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs).
